Questions school leaders ask

How safe is the programme?

Safety is the foundation of everything we do: vetted hotels and transport, experienced chaperones at roughly one adult per 8–10 students, 24/7 on-ground support in Ontario, comprehensive travel insurance guidance, and a full pre-departure safety briefing for parents and staff.

When should students apply for Canadian visas?

We recommend applications begin no later than September/October 2026 for the Winter programme and April/May 2027 for the Summer programme. We provide full guidance and supporting documentation for every application.

Can the dates or itinerary change?

Yes. Published dates are indicative — final dates and activities can be adjusted to suit your school's academic calendar and preferences, by mutual agreement.

What about dietary needs or medical conditions?

We collect dietary, allergy and medical information for every traveller in advance and plan meals, activities and support around them.

Is the price final?

Published prices are indicative planning estimates. The final per-student price is confirmed by mutual agreement after group size is set and supplier quotations are received — no surprises, everything in writing before parents pay.
