Frequently asked questions
Which countries does the Local Travel Planner cover?
Any country in the world — as long as you live there (or are already there), we plan your in-country trip. From Nigeria to Norway, Ghana to Germany.
Do you make the actual bookings, or just advise?
We do the full research and give you exact booking links at the best prices we find; bookings are made in your name so your money and reservations stay in your control. For transport where it helps, we walk you through each booking step by step.
How fast do I get my plan?
3–5 business days after you complete the intake form. Need it faster? Tell us your travel date when you pay and we'll prioritise.
What if I want changes to the plan?
One full revision round is included free — new hotel area, different pace, swapped activities. Further revisions are quoted fairly.
What if you can't plan my trip?
If your destination or dates turn out unserviceable, you get a full $100 refund — no forms, no stories.
Is my payment safe?
You pay through Wise (a regulated money-transfer service) or direct e-transfer/bank transfer to the company — we never ask for card details by chat or email. Beware of anyone else claiming to sell this service.
